underwhelming stay , needs improvements
long queues uninspired atmosphere
the restaurant felt chaotic, with long queues at every station. it often took ages to get a simple breakfast , and the food quality was inconsistent. additionally , the evening entertainment lacked variety and wasn't very engaging , with limited seating and a generally uninspired atmosphere.

helpful staff available sunbeds awkward setup night entertainment
The staff was helpful EVERYWHERE, I mean, it's like they anticipated my every need. Plenty of sunbeds were available, so there was no frantic race at dawn. ALL GOOD.
I found the entertainment at night rather dismal. There really wasn't anything for adults, and the setup was awkward. People ended up STANDING or lounging on sunbeds. It just wasn't comfortable. So boring.

Adequate Stay with Some Minor Issues
great location friendly staff clean room dated room old furniture faulty coffee machines
The hotel has a great location. It allowed easy access to the town and the marina. The room was kept spotlessly clean (housekeeping came every day). I found the staff to be friendly and helpful.
The room felt somewhat dated. The furniture seemed a bit old. I noticed the coffee machines were often out of service (this was annoying). The warm dishes were often lukewarm.

fantastic stay, we'll be back!
spacious room clean room fabulous cleaners animation staff
Our family room was spacious. and kept very clean. we appreciated the fabulous cleaners. the animation staff worked hard, always entertaining everyone. diego helped get us all into the sekura restaurant one evening. We had a wonderful time.
The balcony furniture looked a little outdated. It was white plastic.

the staff were very professional throughout our stay, always helpful and friendly. every staff member we spoke to was a credit to the hotel and the chain. they seemed to have solutions for any physical barrier, which we appreciated.
